THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on this ___ day of ___, 20___, by and between the parties specified below.

WHEREAS, the parties desire to have a certain contract notarized in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. The notarization of the contract shall take place at a location mutually agreed upon by the parties, or at a location designated by the notary public.

2. The parties shall provide valid identification and any additional documentation required by the notary public in accordance with state or local laws.

3. The notary public shall verify the identity of the parties and witness the signing of the contract in accordance with applicable notary laws and regulations.

4. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the notarization takes place.

5. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state or jurisdiction in which the notarization takes place.

6. The parties hereby irrevocably waive any objection to the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
